Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
There is no age limit for this event, however, each person must have a valid ticket. Our Staff will ask for valid ID in exercise of their RSA. All children must be supervised by their parents/guardians at all times.
What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Public transport: Waverton Train Station is only a 5-minute walk from the Club. There is no parking within the Club's premises. Parking is available on surrounding streets but is lmited. Some roads will be closed off at particular times of that day - refer to www.sydneynewyearseve.com for more information. Plan ahead!
What can/can't I bring into the event?
Strictly NO BYO food or beverages allowed, including cakes and snacks.
Do you cater for any special dietary requirements?
Yes, please inform us prior to the event as it could be limited on the day.
How can I contact the organiser with any questions?
Call (02) 9955 2729 or email email@example.com for any questions. The Club will be closed from 22nd December and we will be unable to take any phone calls, it will be best to send us an email from that time on. (See Holiday Trading Hours)
What's the refund policy?
Tickets are non-refundable, no exceptions. Tickets are essential and must be pre-paid.
I am booking as part of a group. Can I request for us to sit at the same table?
If you are booking as part of a group (to be seated at the same table), please inform our Functions Manager via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide the main organiser's booking name. Please inform us at least 48 hours prior to the event.
